1. About the Site; B2B Use Only

The Company is an advisory and consulting firm in the financial market data and trading-infrastructure sector. The Site is an informational resource only: it describes the Company, publishes articles and insights, lists contact information, and may offer a contact form or newsletter signup. The Site does not host customer accounts, process payments, deliver data feeds, or enable the conclusion of any commercial transaction. All paid services are provided exclusively under a separate written engagement letter, subscriber agreement, or services agreement executed between the Company and the contracting business (each such client, a "Licensee"; each such agreement, a "Licensee Agreement"). Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance to create a Licensee Agreement, and nothing on the Site, nor any contact made through it, creates any advisory, consulting, fiduciary, agency, or other professional relationship between you and the Company.

B2B and institutional use only. The Site is intended solely for business, professional, and institutional use. It is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, consumers or for any personal, family, or household purpose. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that (i) you are accessing the Site on behalf of a business, firm, institution, or other legal entity, (ii) you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and (iii) your access and use are for legitimate business purposes only. If any of these representations is not true, you must not access or use the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

The Company owns or lawfully possesses any and all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material and content published on it (the "Content"), including without limitation all text, graphics, illustrations, images, logos, photographs, audio, video, software code, design elements, layout, and the selection and arrangement thereof. All such rights are reserved. Any unauthorised use of the Site or the Content is strictly prohibited, and no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise except as expressly set out in these Terms.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Content may be displayed and printed solely for your internal business reference, provided that you preserve all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices. You must not use any part of the Content for any commercial purpose other than internal business reference without a written licence from us. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate any Content to any third party without our express prior written consent. If you print, copy, or download any part of the Site in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies you have made.

You further must not, and must not permit any third party to:

• (a) use the Site or any Content for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing purpose, or in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• (b) crawl, scrape, harvest, index, mine, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated or manual means, or access the Site using any robot, spider, scraper, bot, headless browser, or other automated tool, in each case without our prior written permission;
• (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas, algorithms, structure, or organisation of any software or technical component made available through the Site;
• (d) use, ingest, reproduce, or incorporate the Site or any Content for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, benchmarking, or otherwise developing any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language, or generative model, or any dataset intended for such purposes, in each case without our express prior written permission. This is an express contractual reservation of rights, in addition to (and shall be read as a reservation under) any applicable text-and-data-mining opt-out regime;
• (e) interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the Site, its servers, or its networks; introduce any virus, worm, or malicious code; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any data, account, or system connected to the Site;
• (f) frame, mirror, or deep-link to the Site in a manner that misrepresents your relationship with us or creates a false association, sponsorship, or endorsement; or
• (g) misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority when interacting with the Site or with us.

4. Trademarks

"Aladinum", Aladinum LLC, and the Company's logos, taglines, and other branding elements are trademarks or service marks of the Company. You are not permitted to use them without our prior written approval, unless they form part of material you are using as expressly permitted under Section 3. Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.

5. No Advice; Informational Content Only

The Content is provided for general informational purposes only. The Company is not a financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory adviser, and makes no representation regarding the advisability of any transaction, arrangement, investment, or course of action. You should not construe any Content as legal, tax, investment, financial, regulatory, or other advice. You represent that each Submission is your own (or that you are authorised to submit it) and does not infringe any third-party right or violate any applicable law. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit each Submission for any lawful business purpose, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Content are provided "as is" and "as available".
